Logicor, the European logistics developer and owner, has let WA316, its 316,128-sq-ft distribution warehouse facility in Avonmouth, Bristol, to Amazon, just a day after the global ecommerce giant took a 500,000-sq-ft plus warehouse at the the other end of the country in Wakefield.
