With Q1 coming to a close, Moody National REIT II made quite the splash in the market, finalizing the sale of two hotel properties in Texas. The Residence Inns in Austin and Grapevine combined for a total sale price of $43 million. This marks Brett Moody and Moody National Companies’ first sale of the quarter, following the sale of 4200 International Plaza in Fort Worth in December 2024.
