Activity in Edmonton’s office market has slowed in the latter half of the year. Quarterly leasing, new and renewals, is now roughly 200,000 square feet after seeing between 350,000 and 500,000 per quarter in the first half of 2024. The activity seen during that period was the busiest the market has been since CoStar began tracking space markets in Edmonton.
