Woodman Partners purchased the 149,776-square-foot industrial building located at 5555 East Olympic Blvd. in Los Angeles from SCIF for $6.75 million, or approximately $45 per square foot. This building features heavy power, 20-foot ceilings, two drive-in bays, and access to Union Pacific Rail Road. Frank Lahijani of Colliers Seeley represented the buyer. John McMillan, David Hasbrouck, and Jeff Sanita of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the seller.
