Global chipmaker Texas Instruments has yet to receive federal funds from the CHIP and Science Act, a program that has begun naming recipients for billions in grant awards and loans for projects throughout the country, but the company's senior executives say they believe its investments already underway in Texas and Utah are well-positioned for these funds.
