John Deere Rolls Into Fuquay Varina

Equipment Maker Leases 110,000 SF

John Deere made its move into 118 East Jones St. in Fuquay Varina, NC, leasing 110,000 square feet in the industrial facility. The building is approximately 140,000 square feet with dock-high and drive-in access with 16-foot clear heights. Pamela Williams of the Bob Barker Co. brokered the deal in-house on behalf of the landlord. Founded in 1837, John Deere, also known as Deere & Company, does business in more than 160 countries and employs approximately 40,000 people worldwide. The company and its subsidiaries manufacture, distribute, and finance a full line of agricultural equipment; a broad range of construction and forestry equipment; and a variety of commercial and consumer equipment.
