RTW Retailwinds, New York & Company’s parent that filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, has found a buyer for its e-commerce sites, ending efforts to save the 378 brick-and-mortar stores of the specialty apparel retailer, a mainstay in many shopping centers and malls across the country.
