Canyon Ridge Business Park LLC, with Kentoo LLC as managing partner, purchased a 3.58-acre finished pad in the Carlsbad Oaks Business Park. The land is located just east of the intersection of El Camino Real and Palomar Airport Road in Carlsbad, CA. The total value of the transaction is estimated at approximately $1.99 million, or $556,000 per acre. The buyer plans to develop a four-building, 51,500-square-foot industrial/R&D complex that will be called Canyon Ridge Business Park.
