$19 Million Sale in City Of Commerce

Class-A Office Sale in Southeast Los Angeles

A joint venture between Pacifica Commerce Plaza LP and BP Commerce LLC purchased the two office buildings of the Commerce Office Park located at 5601 East Slauson Ave. and 5701 South Eastern Ave. in the City of Commerce, CA. The two Class-A buildings total 193,151 square feet and sold for a total consideration of $19 million, or approximately $100 per square foot. The property was approximately 78% leased at the time of sale. Steve Somer and Ryan Smith of Cushman & Wakefield and Tom Sheets and Eric Hinkelman of Trammell Crow Co. represented the seller, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors. The buyer represented itself in the transaction.
