Howard de Walden Estates, the business that owns and manages a portfolio of mixed-use property in Marylebone, said rental income for the year ended 31 March 2022 increased by 2.7%, from £131.8 million to £135.4 million, as the company recovers from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
