Chicago-based real estate investment manager Harrison Street recently closed on the acquisition of two adjoining student housing properties in Kingston, Ontario, for approximately US$36.5 million. The two properties at 168 Division St. and 14 Garrett St. have a combined 53 residential units and 145 beds and were sold by Calgary-based Highpoint Developments.
