Atlanta-based Mesa Capital Partners has deployed capital from a $250 million fund toward three projects in the Sun Belt, including a new apartment development, land acquisition and the purchase of a Class A mid-rise complex as the company bets on a positive future for the multifamily sector and the larger region.
