Private investors Nori & Samuel KG Lee Jr. purchased 1061-1065 Folsom St. in San Francisco, CA. Total consideration for the deal was $1.5 million, or $144.93 per square foot. The 3-story flex building was constructed in 1923 and totals 10,350 square feet. The property offers easy access to Highways 101 and 280. The building features huge windows, skylights, elevator, T-1 and DSL lines, and polished floors. Tenants in the building include Road Rage Bicycle Rental & Repair and Quiver Inc. Starboard TCN Worldwide Real Estate in San Francisco represented both sides of the sale transaction. Hans Hansson represented the buyers, while Marti Christoffer represented the seller, Jonathan M.
