Express Scripts, Inc., leased 86,066 square feet of new warehouse space in Building Two of the Elliot Business Park located at 7909 South Hardy Dr. in Tempe, AZ. Signing a 10-year, $10 million deal, the prescription mail order company will occupy roughly 75 percent of the 114,185-square-foot industrial building in early spring of 2003. Express Scripts is one of the nation's largest pharmacy benefit management companies with facilities throughout the United States and Canada. Rick Lee and Stein Koss of Lee & Associates represented the building owner, Tempe MarketPlace Commerce Associates. Mike Myrick and Mike Haenel of Grubb & Ellis and Larry Downey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
