RealOp Investments purchased the Waterford Atrium office park at 6100, 6303 and 6505 Blue Lagoon Drive in Miami, Florida, from investment management clients of MetLife Investment Management. Industry estimates put the sales price at more than $110.1 million, which would equate to a per-square-foot price of roughly $222.
