Investment Group Wants a Piece of Pasadena

Holly Street LP, a joint venture of Sares-Regis and Capri Capital Advisors Apartment Fund III, purchased the 374-unit Holly Street Village apartments located at 131-151 East Holly St. in Pasadena, CA. Total consideration for the sale was valued at approximately $64 million, $171,000 per unit.
