Scripps Ranch Retail Sells for $3.8M

Private Investor Buys Grocery Store

1545 O'Connell LP purchased the building located at 10016 Scripps Ranch Blvd. for about $3.8 million in San Diego. The new owner paid approximately $114 per square foot for the 33,215-square-foot retail building. The building was built in the early 1980’s and is currently leased to a Vons grocery store, which is the anchor tenant for the Scripps Ranch Village Center. The approximate 54,000-square-foot shopping center is strategically located and serves the Scripps Ranch area. Derek Graham of Insignia/ESG Inc.'s Los Angeles office represented the buyer. Philip Wise and Brian Driscoll of Colliers International's San Diego office represented the seller, Yoshizawa Hozen Co. Ltd.
