In Augusta, Georgia, the Archer Green apartments earned a 2025 CoStar Impact Award, as voted on by local judges with knowledge of the market, for multifamily development of the year.

Archer Green is in close proximity to a variety of local attractions and amenities, including the Augusta Municipal Golf Course, Augusta Aquatics Center, Newman Tennis Center, and the famed Augusta National Golf Club.

Archer Green has an on-site pool and other amenities, including a pet spa, gym and recreation rooms.

About the project: Archer Green sits on over 20 acres. The property has 240 apartment units, and was completed in July 2024. Construction began in July 2023. The property is currently about 50% leased, with average asking rents hovering around $1,000.

What the judges said: "This project is a game changer in Augusta based on the chosen location and land use," said Timothy McFalls, manager of commercial and retail development for the Augusta Economic Development Authority.

They made it happen: Steven Hydinger of BREC Development was the developer. SPM - Archer Green is the property manager.
