More Texas cities and counties joined the growing list of areas across the country ordering residents to stay home as public health officials try to curb the spread of the coronavirus. Houston, Austin and Fort Worth issued stay-at-home orders Tuesday, joining Dallas, San Antonio, Galveston and Waco officials in ordering all but essential workers to stay home.
