BPF urges government to adopt 10-year social housing rent settlement

Government could unlock an additional £20 billion of private capital for 240,000 units of social housing over the next five years by committing to a 10-year rent settlement, according to evidence submitted to Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government by the British Property Federation.
