A joint venture between tech billionaire Michael Dell and his family's capital investment arm MSD Partners, as well as Trammell Crow Co., The Retail Connection and Highland Park Village Associates, has landed nearly $620 million in financing to make way for a highly anticipated mixed-use development in Dallas' hip Knox-Henderson Avenue neighborhood.
