A new property management firm, Bryten Real Estate Partners, has emerged from the combination of MEB Management Services and Weller Management and will now serve tens of thousands of apartment units across the Sun Belt. The deal comes as property owners look to operations as a means to cut costs and increase profitability with stubbornly high interest rates cutting into revenue.
