U.S. Bancorp Leases 165,000 SF in LA

West Coast's Tallest Building to Become U.S. Bank Tower

U.S. Bancorp, the parent company of U.S. Bank and the 8th largest financial services holding company in the nation, signed a 12-year lease at the Library Tower, located at 633 West 5th St. in downtown Los Angeles. The company will occupy 165,000 square feet on six floors of office space formerly used by Arthur Andersen.
