Lincoln Market, a growing supermarket chain, has inked one of Manhattan’s largest retail leases this year at a luxury apartment complex west of Times Square. It’s another sign of leasing favoring grocery-anchored retail that industry professionals have said is less subject to the whims of changing consumer preferences.
