Specialist real estate asset and investment manager Catella APAM has named Adam Handley asset manager in its Manchester office.
The firm said he has "impressive breadth of expertise across asset management, project leadership, investment analysis, and leasing", and more than a decade of high-level experience.
He has worked across office and mixed-use properties, as well as industrial portfolios, particularly in secondary and tertiary markets. He has underwritten and presented assets totalling more than £500 million.
Handley spent 10 years at Till Asset Management, where he joined in 2014 and worked his way up to associate from assistant development manager.
At Catella APAM he will be dedicated to Danish pension fund Britannia, and the Greater Manchester Pension Fund, which the firm described as "two key portfolios in Catella APAM’s responsibility".
His strategic priorities include optimising portfolio performance, refining leasing strategies and aligning properties with modern business needs, all while maintaining a commitment to sustainability.
Nathan Reidy, associate director at Catella APAM, said in a statement: "Adam’s proven expertise and proactive approach make him a perfect fit for our team.
"His commitment to enhancing asset value aligns seamlessly with Catella APAM’s vision for growth and excellence, and we’re confident that he will play a pivotal role in elevating our client offerings."
