U.S. Bank leased 47,000 square feet of office space at 209 South LaSalle St. in Chicago's financial district. The 281,325-square-foot building, also known as the Rookery Building, is a natural historic landmark that was designed by the Burnham & Root, with additions by Frank Lloyd Wright.
