DOV Ltd. purchased the office building at 5901 E. Galbraith Road in Cincinnati for $6.01 million, $62.62 per square foot. The 96,000-square-foot office building, in Hamilton County, sits on 8.21 acres. The building features two passenger elevators and one freight elevator. The prior owner, Safeco Insurance Co., completely renovated the building. As part of the renovation, the entire building was gutted and an addition was constructed. The renovation, completed in early 2002, took 18 months. Wayne Hach of Cincinnati Commercial Realtors represented the seller.
