Gleason Stays at Parkway Center

The Gleason Agency, a property and casualty insurance firm, signed a 5-year, 3,721-square-foot lease at 4 Parkway Center. In September, Gleason will relocate from 10 Parkway Center, the Acacia Building, where it has been since 1994. The company also has offices in Philadelphia and Johnstown, PA. 4 Parkway Center is a 164,045-square-foot office building, originally built in 1965 and is 95% leased. The average vacancy rate in the Parkway West Corridor for class A and B office buildings is currently 19.82%. John Hoy represented the landlord, The Rubenstein Co., in-house.
