Grady Pridgen Plans 2.7M-SF Development

The Regulatory Commission in St. Petersburg, FL, approved the Tarpon Ridge Offices development in Gateway Business Park West at 28 Street North and Interstate 275. Grady Pridgen Inc. received approval for the development of a 2.7 million-square-foot office complex to be located in Sod Farm, a 122-acre property. The development will be a consortium of built-to-suit and speculative buildings. The buildings will be for sale and/or lease. Grady Pridgen purchased Sod Farm in 2002 for $4.9 million. The architectural drawings are still in the planning stages. Groundbreaking is slated for 2004.
