Shortly after securing a new contract with General Motors to supply battery enclosures on the all-new 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV, Aurora, Ontario-based Magna International announced plans to invest more than $470 million to expand its operations across Ontario, including a new battery enclosure facility in Brampton to support the Ford F-150 Lightning and future OEM programs.
