The building is located at 1 Tower Lane in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. Built in 1987, it consists of 773,000 square feet of rentable area. Equity Office Properties owns and manages the class A office property, which was designed by renowned architect Helmut Jahn. The TOBY winners were recognized for excellence in office building management and operations in specific categories of building size or type. Competition was fierce at the international competition level, with a total of 69 entries in 14 categories. Buildings based in the state of Texas dominated the TOBY awards, winning 4 of the 13 awards.
