Kraus-Anderson has announced the completion of the Zenith DCHS project, a $34.9 million conversion of the historic Old Central High School into 122 contemporary apartments. The four-story building, constructed in 1892 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, now offers mixed-income housing.
