San Francisco investor George Weinberger purchased 2025 W. Hazelton Ave. in Stockton, CA. Total consideration for the deal was $4.5 million, or $50 per square foot with an 8.6 percent cap rate. Originally, ISG Resources Inc. purchased the building from Rudolph Munzer Trust; it turned around and sold the building to Weinberger in a double escrow transaction.
