Juramia Limited, a subsidiary company linked to the Sultan of Brunei, is in the early stages of working up plans for a significant redevelopment of Landsdowne House, its prime 181,045 sq ft office and retail building on the corner of Berkeley Square in Mayfair, CoStar News understands.
