Investment in the Calgary commercial real estate market was down by 33% in 2024 compared to the previous year. Total sales volume reached $2.2 billion, the fourth consecutive year exceeding the $2 billion mark, a threshold the market had regularly flirted with before breaking out in 2021 and posting investment volumes ranging from $2.21 billion last year to $3.28 billion in 2023.
