The largest hotel under construction in the nation is the 3,644-room Fontainebleau Las Vegas, which is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2023. The 67-story hotel has been under development since 2007 with multiple owners, construction starts and stops, and different names. Late last year, the developers secured a $2.2 billion construction loan, providing confidence that the project would finally be finished.
