Apartment giant Greystar has entered a partnership with Texas A&M International University to manage a pair of the school’s student housing developments in Laredo, Texas. The deal comes as recent growth in the Charleston, South Carolina-based company’s operations business has landed it atop rankings of the largest property management providers in the country and property owners look for ways to reduce operating costs.
