An entity known only by the name National Logistics Trust is raising funds in the bond markets to finance construction of three new Amazon fulfillment centers valued at $935 million, according to a report issued by S&P Global, the financial information provider. Two of the centers do not appear to have been officially announced by the Seattle-based e-commerce giant.
