Kidder Mathews expands net lease investment team with Michael Morris in El Segundo

Kidder Mathews is expanding its retail investment platform with the appointment of Michael Morris as vice president in El Segundo, California. Specializing in net lease investments, Morris has extensive experience advising clients on the acquisition and sale of both single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties across the nation. Morris made the cross-country journey from his previous company, Commonwealth Commercial Partners, based in Richmond, Virginia. Over on the West Coast, he will work alongside Vice President Nick Phillips, who joined the firm in 2023.
