Lexin Capital, a New York-based private investor, acquired the newly built The Jamison apartments at 1040 Jamison Loop in Kissimmee, Florida, for $70.8 million, or about $225,000 per unit, from a joint-venture partnership of DeBartolo Holdings and Upshot Capital Advisors.
