San Francisco-based DivcoWest Real Estate Services, the privately owned real estate investment and operating company headed by Stuart Shiff, has acquired 540 Madison, a 39-story Manhattan office tower located at Madison Ave. and 55th St. Boston Properties sold the building for approximately $310 million, or almost $1,100 per square foot, according to a deed filed on the sale.
