Landmark Building Sold to NY-Based Investment Group

233 S. Wacker LLC acquired the world-famous Sears Tower for an undisclosed price. The 110-story, 3.45 million-square-foot building is the most illustrious Class-A building in Chicago, and the tallest building in the United States. Built in 1973, the building last underwent a major renovation 10 years ago.
