SELP, a joint venture between Segro and Canada’s PSP, has pulled out of an agreement to partner with airport operator Aena to develop 1.6 million square feet of land around Madrid’s Adolfo Suarez airport into logistics assets due to increased financing costs, CoStar News understands.
