In the largest industrial property sale on record in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Vancouver-based Bosa Properties Inc. closed on its acquisition of the Legacy Pacific Industrial Park. A sale price was not disclosed for the deal which included approximately 300,000 square feet of industrial space in three buildings and a 37-acre parcel for 160,000 square feet of future development.
