Greystar Targets Portland, Oregon's Urban Core for Apartments

The nation’s largest apartment builder is targeting downtown Portland, Oregon, for a two-block project, the biggest to get underway in that area this year and a bright sign for the city’s urban core, which has been hit hard by high retail and office vacancies.
