Crescent Communities Reveals New Apartment Project in West Nashville

Apartment developers like Nashville so much, some are looking to break ground on projects even as uncertainty caused by the coronavirus pandemic looms large over the U.S. economy. Crescent Communities recently announced plans for a new apartment community in the West Nashville/Bellevue area. The company will be purchasing a 21-acre property at 615 Old Hickory Blvd. While currently a vacant lot housing a shuttered Sam’s Club, Crescent’s vision is to transform the property into Novel Harpeth Heights, a community with 322 multifamily units and 118 town homes.
