Multifamily investment activity in Dallas-Fort Worth is slowing through the beginning of 2020. The number of monthly transactions in the metroplex through 2020 is down 14% from January to April in 2019. The slowdown is attributed to deteriorating economic conditions from the coronavirus pandemic.
