Marriott Hunt Valley Inn Sells for $31M

Property Becomes HEI Hospitality's Third Acquisition in Two Months

HEI Hospitality purchased the Marriott Hunt Valley Inn for $31 million or about $79,080 per room. The private investment firm, which owns and operates 22 hotel properties throughout the United States, acquired this property from the joint venture of Boykin Lodging Co. and Davidson Hotel Co.
