Elion Partners, a Florida-based industrial real estate investment company, acquired the industrial buildings at 3000-3004 and 3060 SW Second Ave. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for $14.85 million, or about $207 per square foot, from Apogee Investment Partners.
