Normandy Partners Expands Portfolio

Normandy Realty Partners, along with joint venture partners, Morgan Stanley and Wafra Investment Advisory Group, has acquired Continental Plaza from Stellar Management and Brack Capital for $108.5 million, or about $171 per rentable square foot. The 11.9-acre complex boasts three class-A office towers, a T.G.I Friday's restaurant and a parking garage.
